4. Investment Disclaimers

• Risk Acknowledgment: Real estate investments carry inherent risks including, but not limited to, market volatility, liquidity, property damage, and regulatory changes
• No Guarantees: We do not guarantee investment returns, property appreciation, rental income, or market performance
• Individual Circumstances: Investment suitability depends on your financial situation, risk tolerance, and investment goals

5. Payment Terms & Refund Policy

5.1 Payment Processing

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for services selected
• All charges are in EUR (€) unless otherwise specified
• Billing cycles and pricing are displayed before payment

5.2 Refund Policy

Refunds for real estate investments are subject to the specific investment terms and may not be available after property acquisition has begun. Membership fees and platform fees are generally non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of payment.

5.3 Financial Compliance

We comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. We may request additional verification documents to comply with legal requirements.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content on Philonexia (text, images, graphics, logos) is our property or licensed to us
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use content without written permission
• You retain ownership of information you post, but grant us a license to use it

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not liable for investment losses, market declines, or property-related issues
• Our total liability for any claim or dispute shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months
• Some jurisdictions do not allow liability limitations, which may not apply to you

Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations or liability for violations.
